Antarrashtriya Manav Kalyan Trust was founded on 8 November 1993 by Late Shri Somdutt Acharya. Due to motivation by his Guruvaras,Acharya impressed with VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM SYSTEM ,Acharyavar constituted a trust in the name of ANTARRASHTRIYA MANAV KALYAN TRUST (International Human Welfare Trust.) at Govardhan Chowraha , Chhata (Chhatravan) , Distt Mathura , U.P and got registered the same as per law.

WORK AND
AIMS OF TRUST
- Establishment of offices of International Human Welfare Trust Regd. Or societies running by trust in the country and in other centuries for the social welfare, service to human societies and for the multiple developments of the Human Beings.
- To start establish, run, take over or manage and maintain schools with an object to provide sound, nursery, primary, middle, secondary and senior secondary education to children by seeking recognition for the welfare of the orphans, poor, handicap and helpless children.
- To start, run and manage the various training centers like Typing, Shorthand, Computer, Fine Arts, Crafts, Music, Painting Modeling, Dancing, Yoga, Physical Education Sewing & Driving etc and to conduct research in education and other different subject relating to education.
- To promote literacy, cultural, religious and other social activities by Awareness Programs, Adult Education Classes, Lectures, Essay, Competition, Exhibition, Symposiums, Cultural Program, Press Conference and Seminars.
- To provide food, cloths, medical aid, stationery, transportation, libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, play grounds, swimming pools another possible facilities to the students like orphans, poor, handicap and helpless children and also to the member of the trust.
- To engage employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professional, attorney, managers and agent for the work and furtherance of the aims and objects of the society and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends or fees.
- To purchase/acquire the land and/or the building in the name of the trust for the fulfillment of the aims and objects of the trust.
- To erect, construct, alter maintain, sell lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the above society, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the Aims and Object of the trust and for the welfare of the society.
- To do such other things/acts/activities, which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of object of the Trust.
- To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind to poor and/or destitute people, widow etc and to establish, maintain, support or help by monetary gifts and otherwise centers and institutions for women and children and provide social welfare works for women and children.
- To give, provide and/or render monetary and /or other help(s) and assistance(s) for the relief or person(s) and animals effected by natural and/or other calamities such as flood, fire drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and alike to give donations, subscription or contributions to institutions, establishment, centers or person doing relief works on such occasions.
- To open, found establish, promote, set-up maintain, run, assist, finance, support and/or held the various community development programs/activities and also construct and develop the Community Halls, Marriage Homes, Piao, Dharamshala, Night Shelters, Old Age Homes, Orphanage.
- Care centers, Creche (Day Care Centers), Charitable Dispensaries, Hospitals, Libraries, Reading Rooms, Play Grounds, Stadiums (Both open and indoor), Yoga Training Centers, Gymnasiums, Sangeetalay & Nrityalay (Music and Dance Training Centers), Aaganwari, Balwari, Mahila Ashram, Studios, Drama Stage and other building/institution for use of General Public and welfare of the General Public, as per Government Policy.
- To establish and maintain institution for the handicapped, blind, deaf, dumb, poor people, SC, ST Minorities, Backward Classes and other needy people to provide the training of house hold industries, semi skilled jobs and also to provide them other required facilities like Hostels, Medical Aid, Good Cloths, Transportation and Economic Assistance to start New business, as per Government Policy.
- To promote, organize, administer, establish, support, maintain and/or grant aid to any person, institution of society or organization whatsoever having, for the objects of charitable purpose and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.
- To make adequate arrangement and start the rehabilitation center for destitute, widows, old men and women, poor people, beggars, handicapped, blind, deaf, dump, mentally retarded and of other needy people.
- To do best efforts for the promotion of research and education in medical science including surgery by running the various different schools, Colleges and other medical research and/or educational institutes for both the human beings birds and animals.
- To open centers/institution for diagnostic curative and research of Cancer, Aids, T.B. and other deadly diseases, as per Government Policy.
- To arrange and organize Eye and Blood Donation Camp.
- To take best efforts and organize various kinds of programs and/or activities relating to Family Planning and to diffuse the useful knowledge about the medicines, equipment, methods used for family planning also provide the Family counseling facilities.
- To provide information and education/useful knowledge and the medical advice to general public regarding the vices of the society like Smack, Smoking(Cigarette/Biri/Hukka) use of Alcohol/Wine, AIDS etc. through holding awareness camps for De-Addiction and also organize the lectures by expert team of Doctors, Journalists, Lawyers, Professionals and other learned persons.
- To educate and provide training to the students, candidates, general public about rapidly increasing harmful environment purity, preparation for plantation of trees and plants and to organize camps, seminars, films shows for environmental protection and to establish environment preservation and pollution control Centers to restrain the spread of pollution, as per Government Policy.
- To encourage Games, Sports, Yoga, Ludo, Hockey, Football, Cricket and other National and international Games Sports or improvement of health amongst the youth and children and organize tournaments, Yoga & Sports competition on Block, District, State, National and International Level.
- To collect information, Notifications, Policies from the Government, Semi-Government, National/International Agencies and N.G.Os and also provide the same to the members of the society and the general public.
- To approach to the competent court/courts to safeguard the right of the general public and for the public interest from time to time as the society may deem fit and proper free of cost.
- To receive financial and no-financial assistance from Government/Non-government Organization, International Agencies, Banks and any other legal entity or individual.
- To accept donation, grants presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of movable and/or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects.
- To Organize and raise funds and/or the donations towards the CM/PM Relief Funds.
- To publish Books, Charts, Illustration, Journals, magazine, Periodicals, News Letter/Papers and other publications in the different languages and on the different subjects.
- To assist and co-operation the other Associations, Trusts and the various N.G.O’s whose aims are same like this society.
- The Aims and Objects of the Trust shall be purely for “CHARITABLE PURPOSE” which includes relief of the poor, educational, social, medical, relief and the advancement of any other objects of general public utility.
